Trill Raza is not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

4. PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders must be paid in full before production begins. We are not responsible for payment issues, declined transactions, bank holds, payment processor delays, or currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5. MADE-TO-ORDER SALES

Because our products are printed specifically for each customer, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect and the claim qualifies under our Return and Refund Policy.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Trill Raza is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, carrier volume, or other factors outside of our control.

Risk of loss may transfer to the customer once the order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPRINTS
