SHIPPING POLICY
Effective Date: May 27, 2026
All Trill Raza products are printed on demand and shipped directly from our production partners through Printify. Since each item is made after an order is placed, please allow time for both production and shipping.
PRODUCTION TIME
Please allow approximately 2-7 business days for production before your order ships.
Production times may vary depending on product type, order volume, supplier availability, holidays, or unexpected delays.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES AFTER FULFILLMENT
After your order is produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic US orders: 3-7 business days
- International orders: 10-30 business days, depending on destination
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
If tracking has not updated right away, this does not always mean the package is lost. Carrier scans may take time to appear.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if products are fulfilled by different production partners or ship from different facilities. You may receive separate tracking numbers for different items in the same order.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
Trill Raza is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to customer address error, the customer may be responsible for additional production and shipping costs.
PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED
If tracking shows that a package was delivered, Trill Raza is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery.
Please check with your local carrier, neighbors, building office, mailroom, or household members if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived, please wait until the estimated delivery window has passed before contacting us:
- Domestic US orders: after 30 days from the estimated delivery date
- International orders: after 45 days from the estimated delivery date
We will review the tracking information and investigate the issue. If the package is confirmed lost and there was no error on the customer's end, we may offer a reprint or refund.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND INTERNATIONAL FEES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or other charges required by the destination country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
Trill Raza is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for packages refused due to unpaid customs fees.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders to certain addresses, regions, or countries if shipping is unavailable, restricted, unreliable, or unusually high-risk.
