Refund policy
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: May 27, 2026
All Trill Raza products are made on demand through Printify and printed specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because each item is custom-produced, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, incorrect item selection, duplicate orders, or if you simply change your mind after purchase.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including size, color, quantity, shipping address, and product details.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we will review the issue and may offer a free reprint, replacement, or refund if the claim qualifies.
To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
- A brief description of the issue
Claims without clear photo evidence may be denied. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the condition received, except for the reported defect.
Do not return items to Printify, the manufacturer, or any return address shown on the package unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived, please wait until the estimated delivery window has passed before contacting us.
Estimated claim review windows:
- Domestic US orders: after 30 days from the estimated delivery date
- International orders: after 45 days from the estimated delivery date
Once contacted, we will review the tracking information and investigate the issue. If the package is confirmed lost and there was no error on the customer's end, we may offer a free reprint or refund.
PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED
If tracking shows the package was delivered, Trill Raza is not responsible for theft, loss after delivery, or packages delivered to the address provided at checkout. Customers should first check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, and the shipping carrier.
ADDRESS ERRORS
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer, Trill Raza is not responsible for issuing a full refund.
If the package is returned to sender, we may offer one of the following options at our discretion:
- A reprint or reshipment at the customer's expense
- A partial refund, if available
- No refund if production and shipping costs have already been incurred
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Because products are made on demand, order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible at trillraza@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee changes to size, color, address, or product details after production has started.
NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Minor differences in color, print placement, garment fit, fabric texture, product appearance, or final finish may occur due to screen settings, production methods, garment type, and print-on-demand processes. These variations are not considered defects.
SALE ITEMS, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Sale items, discounted items, promotional items, limited drops, and made-to-order products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect and the claim qualifies under this policy.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details before purchase, including size charts, product descriptions, shipping address, and order details. We are not responsible for customer errors made during checkout.
ABUSE OR FRAUDULENT CLAIMS
We reserve the right to deny refund, replacement, or reprint requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, excessive, inconsistent with the evidence provided, or outside the claim window.
